All good things must come to an end, and the Canadiens winning streak did just that, after falling to New Jersey on the weekend.
The winning streak continues for the Montreal Canadiens, as it is now at 6 and counting after a trio of wins this past week.
This past week, the Montreal Canadiens went a long way in getting themselves towards the playoffs, winning 4 of their 5 games.
To put things lightly for this week, it will not be one that will forever be spoken of when discussing the best of the Montreal Canadiens.
Well, the trade deadline has come and gone, and yet again, Canadiens coach/GM Bob Gainey stole the show.
If there’s one thing Bob Gainey does well, it’s stealing the show at trade deadlines.
With the deadline less than 72 hours away, anticipation and speculation are rampant, as are the crazy ridiculous rumours of course.
