The offence continued to dominate for the Habs this week, scoring 10 goals en route to earning a win and overtime loss.
The second half of Montreal’s longest road trip of the season wound up this week, with the team picking up a well deserved 5 of 6 points in the process.
Just like last season, the Habs are limping into the holiday break, winning just 1 of 4 games and not looking particularly sharp in any of them.
For the most part, it was a nice rebound week for the Habs, taking 5 of a possible 6 points, and finally managed to score more than 2 goals in consecutive games.
It was a week of ups and downs for the Habs, with a victory over division rival Boston sandwiched between a pair of blowout losses.
To say the past week for the Habs was ugly would be an understatement in the eyes of many, despite beating the arch-rival Maple Leafs.
It was a week to forget for the Habs, as a consistent lack of effort led to the team losing 3 of 4 games, all of which were within their division.
Despite really only showing up for just one game this week, the Habs managed to win 2 of 3, keeping pace with the Sens for top spot in the division.
