The Habs bounced back after a dismal November for a strong start to December but came out flat after the Christmas break to drop three straight. Injuries have started to pile up with Paul Byron, Joel Armia, and Brendan Gallagher (sigh) joining Jonathan Drouin on the shelf. Despite some strong offensive showings, including a reinvigorated Max Domi, poor defensive play and goaltending have the Canadiens outside of the playoffs as we roll into 2020.
