The Montreal Canadiens had a month to remember in October, starting the season with a 10-2-0 record.  This impressive start contained a franchise record (9 wins to start the season) as well as an NHL record (9 regulation wins to start a season).  Despite a modest 2-game losing streak, in which the Canadiens looked quite ordinary, this month has Canadiens’ fans believing that their team could truly be legitimate contenders.

On any given night this month, it seemed like a different player or line would step up to ensure victory for the Canadiens.  This speaks to the incredible depth that Montreal’s roster possesses this season, but it certainly makes it more difficult to discern the most impressive players.  This thankless task is left to you, our readers, as we ask for you to vote for the HW 3 Stars for October.  Select your choices from the dropdown boxes and cast your votes!
