These Jerseys come as part of the NHL’s Vintage Jersey Program. The Habs introduced the jersey this afternoon at a luncheon for private suite owners and corporate clients.
Montreal will wear the white throwback jerseys on six occasions throughout the season, with 5 of them coming against the Original Six teams in the league. The dates for these games are as follows:

The white jerseys will also be worn on Febuary 26th at Boston.
The team will wear the replica red jersey’s on the road for two dates, November 18th at Vancouver and also the 22nd, at Edmonton.
Coincidentally, November 22nd is also the date scheduled for the Heritage Classic, to be played at Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton. Included in this celebration of hockey in Canada will be a sixty minute almuni game featuring such stars as Oilers great Wayne Gretzky and Habs legend Guy Lafleur. Close to 60,000 fans are expected for the Oilers 25th Anniversary Celebration. November 22nd also marks the 86th anniversary of the NHL, which was formed in Montreal on that day in 1917.
